A second round of research and development.

3rd ROUND R &D

1.To begin, create a new High-End sensor, such as PFMN 11.9 – SIZE 8.5 – which is the sweet spot for High End cameras.

2.Alternatively, instead of High End, create a new Size or Performance (with round 4 sweet spot specifications)

3.If you want to continue with them (as specified in the round 3 sweet spots standard – see above table), you may reposition your original Performance and Size sensors.

4.Return the original High-End sensor to PFMN 11.0 SIZE 9.4 – Maintain the 20.000 hour mean time between failure (MTBF) (min)

5.Replace the original Low-End sensor with the PFMN. Maintain MTFB 12.0000 in SIZE 16.3 (this takes more than a year to complete)

Position the traditional sensor in the PFMN in its original location. Keep the MTBF at 16.000 for SIZE 12.9 (7.5). 2.Move both High End sensors to PFMN 12.8 SIZE 7.6 – Maintain the MTBF of 20.000 hours (min)

3.Only if we want to continue using them should we reposition the original Performance and Size sensors.

6th R&D round

1.Move both traditional sensors to PFMN 9.6 SIZE 10.8 – Maintain 14.000 hour mean time between failure (min)

2.MTBF 20.000 should be maintained by repositioning both High End sensors to PFMN 13.7 SIZE 6.7 (min)

Only if we want to continue using them should we reposition the original Performance and Size sensors (use round 6 sweet sport from above table). For new product launches in June or July, it is necessary to modify the amount of PFMN and SIZE.

7th R&D round

1.Move both traditional sensors to PFMN 10.3 SIZE 10.1 to maintain the 14.000-hour mean time between failure (MTBF) (min)

2.Move both High End sensors to PFMN 14.6 SIZE 5.8 – Maintain an MTBF of 20.000 hours (min)

Only if we want to continue using them should we reposition the original Performance and Size sensors (use round 7 sweet sport from above table). For new product launches in June or July, it is necessary to modify the amount of PFMN and SIZE.

8th R &D round

1.Reposition both traditional sensors to PFMN 11.0 SIZE 9.4 – Maintain MTBF of 14.000 hours. 2. (min)

2Move both High End sensors to PFMN 11.5 SIZE 4.9 in order to maintain the 20.000 hour mean time between failure (MTBF) (min). Only if we want to continue using them should we reposition the original Performance and Size sensors.

For new product launches in June or July, it is necessary to modify the amount of PFMN and SIZE. For Performance, we set the maximum MTBF at 27.000 since the purchase criterion for this market is 43%.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the figures for each Industry vary when the game is produced for a new class or group, so we need to double-check them from the Industry Report and the Capstone Courier after each round (year). The Low End and Tradition segments are the most promising and lucrative for us to participate in if we just want to compete in 3-4 segments (rather than all 5). It is very likely that they will be the most profitable.

For Rounds 1, 2, and 3, we must examine the reports; for Rounds 3 and 4, we must choose the least competitive and least profitable among the 1 or 2 that have the lowest profit margin. A new sector, for example, the low end is beneficial (often in Round 1) Profits from the creation of two new segments, such as Low End and Traditional, will be higher in subsequent rounds, such as Rounds 5-6-7, and 8.

It is not uncommon for us to develop New Traditional in Round 2. With a new High-End category, we can expand our market in Round 3. (More profitable). But if we see a lot of competition in the High End, we should consider creating a new sector in SIZE (which is better than Performance but more expensive).
